Our Certificates
Our CE certificate indicates that our product have been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet the EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements. In other words, enjoy our candles with your mind at peace!
In the case when you feel unsatisfied with our products or want to return something, we will gladly help you. To ensure effective help, we have the ISO 10002:2018 certificate, giving guidelines for the these types of processes. Our goal is to ensure optimal service!
Our last certificate is the the Declaration of Conformity, indicating that all our CE marked products sold in the European Union meet all the requirements of the applicable EU directives and regulations. This means that the product is approved in every place we sell in the European Union. This way we ensure that everything goes according to protocol!
